Hot Shots Juniors hosted a pancake breakfast for families, friends, neighbors, and fans to get together and enjoy some good food and even better company. With a packed house at 8am (Feb 1st), our players came in ready to work. They were busy taking orders, delivering drinks and serving hot plates of pancakes. Our 50/50 drawing and raffle baskets handcrafted by our teams were a huge hit for supporters to cash in all of their good karma in hopes of taking home a $200 Wegmans gift card, a lottery ticket tree, or Hot Shots gear (just to highlight a few).
If you were fortunate enough to join us at our event, then you were graced with the entertainment of our special guest announcer. He used the phrase, “real life millennials working,” which really stuck with me. The best part of this club is that we are not only helping to advance our volleyball players, but we are cultivating more responsible, driven, and passionate citizens. Through dedicated coaches, supportive families, and motivated players, we are fostering a safe place to build relationships and life skills both on an off the court.
Thank you to everyone that took the time to stop by our pancake breakfast and support Hot Shots Juniors Volleyball. We are so grateful for our volleyball community!
Warmest Regards, HSJ coach Beardsley
